I've spent ten years building platforms across payments, marketplaces and SaaS, from Microsoft and Jumia to Venture Garden Group, Bolt and Glide. I work across the whole arc: product strategy, discovery, delivery and the governance that keeps large programmes honest.
I care about products that create measurable value for the people who use them and the businesses that pay for them. Lately that means a lot of AI, built with clear limits on what it may decide on its own.
